This top fits perfectly! It was stretchy, especially around the arms and stomach area, which helps because I have big arms. It is true to size, and it's become one of my favorite shirts. For reference, I weigh 280, and I went with the measurements that showed on the shirt. I bought a 2x and it was just right, with enough room that it didn't feel tight or baggy.
