this item came exactly like pictured it does have the slits on the side I honestly didn't realize it had those until I got it and thought it was cut up but no there are supposed to be slits in the side the back lace detail is really nice the image is pretty clear on the front it's one of the only items in my order that actually looks like what was on the site
