  Gothic Handkerchief Hem Maxi Skirt

  My only problem with this skirt is that it’s too long for my hobbitness. I’m hoping I can alter it from the top so I don’t have to mess with the handkerchief hem. The fabric is soft and flowy, very comfortable. Just wish they had a petite version.
